ABOUT US:
We are a family-owned company and wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and food services in central MN and western WI.
ABOUT VENDING WAREHOUSE LEAD:
They will oversee all vending warehouse team members, including receiving, replenishment, picking, inventorying and loading of products.
This position is responsible for:
This position is responsible for:
- Overseeing product ordering/receiving and replenishing of inventory for all products in the warehouse
- Assisting with monthly inventory counts and digging into variances
- Ensuring the picking lines are running on-time and fully stocked daily
- Assigning daily cleaning tasks, training new hires, cross-training and covering duties as needed, with efficiency top of mind
- Documenting policies/procedures for the team
- Assisting in compliance with health inspections/audits
Strong candidates have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid understanding of computer software programs for billing, invoicing, etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Experience in working with and maintaining inventories with consumable products
- Experience working with a portfolio of brands and varied suppliers
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
HOURS: Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 5:00PM or completion
- No weekends or holidays required
