ABOUT US:
We are a family-owned company and wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and food services in central MN and western WI.
ABOUT VENDING WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:
They will supervise all vending warehouse team members, including receiving, replenishment, picking, inventorying and loading of products.
This position is responsible for:
This position is responsible for:
- Ordering and managing the receiving and replenishing of inventory for all products in the warehouse
- Oversee monthly inventory counts and be able to identify and fix variances to a particular accuracy threshold
- Oversee process for bringing in new products. This includes meeting with reps, ordering, verifying prices and getting product ready to be picked for drivers.
- Oversee the daily scheduling of product movements from our St Cloud warehouse to our 4 other branch locations
The Vending Warehouse Supervisor drives continuous improvement and directs the activities of the team members within the department including use of lightspeed, equipment to move inventory in the safest and most cost effective manner, ensuring quality of products, and confirming accuracy in the orders in preparation for delivery to our customers.
Strong candidates are able to/have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (2 years post-secondary preferred)
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Solid understanding of technology including inventory systems
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Experience in working with and maintaining inventories with consumable products
- Experience working with a portfolio of brands and varied suppliers
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets Bernick's standards
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
HOURS: Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 5:00PM or completion
- No weekends or holidays required
