Our Lead Merchandisers cover an individualized route of both large and small format accounts. You would be responsible for supporting our customers, managing inventory, placing product orders, assisting with merchandising, and building amazing displays (training provided)!   
 Strong candidates are able to/have: 
  • A valid driver’s license and driving record which meets Bernick’s standard 
  • A reliable, insured form of transportation to be used while working (mileage reimbursement from the first to the last stop) 
  • Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds 
  • Repetitively bend, lift, twist while moving product about 
HOURS: Full-time  
  • Monday-Friday, one weekday off 
  • 6:00AM-completion (in early; done early)
  • Every other weekend 
  • Flexible schedule contributing to work-life balance
  • Company cell phone
  • Mileage reimbursement at 56 cents per mile
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours a week
  • Trimester bonus of $400 ($1200 annual) if meeting expectations.
