Join our HR Team at Bernick’s! Our Human Resources Business Partner supports all of our Team Members in 6 locations throughout MN and WI.  

If you are a HR Generalist or an HR Business Partner that thrives on a constantly changing role with a focus on our Team Members experience and can serve as partner on all aspects of HR for Team Members and management, then this is the job for you!

Human Resources Business Partner:
    

  • Provide policy and procedure guidance to team members and management.
  • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Administer new Team Member on-boarding and orientation.
  • Develop and maintain talent management processes.
  • Monitor employee morale and company culture.

Strong Candidates have/are able to:    

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years human resources experience
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
